Advice Column

Dear Reader,
You told me that you really want to get into shape but your aren't sure if you have time too. Well first of all you will always have time. When you get home you should sit down and get some homework done. Afterwards you might have some free time between dinner maybe. You could sit down and watch television, or you could get on the floor and take five or so minutes to do some ab work. You will at least have time to take five to ten minutes to do something like that just to work on your abs or maybe to tighten up your legs. Right before bed you can probably do this, and even after you get out of the shower. Also to get a good workout maybe jog for about twenty to thirty minutes two to three times a week. Whether it's around your neighborhood or just up and back down your street. There are little things you can do everyday to build up strength and tone up your muscles. Also try to do at least an hour of cardio each week for greater results.
